If your product arrives damaged, we’ll happily offer an exchange.

- Please share an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened,with no cuts, edits, or pauses.
- The video must clearly show the product, the outer packaging, and the damage.
This helps us claim damages with shipping partners and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
